I had this wonderful GE monogram induction cooktop, model JP691-OKIWG. Unfortunately, the control panel is not working properly and I can't find the part. So, I had to replace it with a lousy radiation cooktop. Now I have two kinds of parts available for other GE monogram induction cooktop model JP691-OKIWG owners.

1. two sets of burner module, each burner module contains two burners, one large, one smaller.

2. Glass panel.
