Garage Door opener

I have a Craftsman 1/2 hp garage door opener. This is strange, but every time the temps drop below freezing the door stops a quarter of the way up when you try to open it. You have to physically help it open. While it's operating, you have to lift it open. As long as it's still moving, you can do that. (What a pain.) This happens with the wall switch or the button in the auto. I've used a silicone spray on the rollers. Doesn't hlep. It's about 10 yrs. old. Should I replace all of the rollers?
