We wish to build a garage but given the slope of our yard, must first dig about 4 feet below grade. Weintend to pour a concrete slab for the floor of the garage. We would like to use cinder block to build the 4 foot retaining walls up to grade level. How do we go about this and what are the integrity issues with cinderblock?
