I am finishing my basement as part of the preparations for new twins arriving in July. I am wondering if I should keep the garage or turn it into living space. I have included a picture of the plans as they stand now. The car has rarely been in the garage. Once to do work bad weather but that is about it. Will I loose money on the sell of the house if the garage is not there anymore? I wish there was a way to keep the garage but use it as livable space 99% of the time.
