too bad you can't stick around long enough to get the advice you're looking for. I would need information to make recommendations. Instead you get your back up when I try to separate pertinent information from immaterial information.
Most homeowners I have dealt with who take your attitude and get things done the cheapest way possible end up creating problems that cost two to three times as much to repair.
good advice is not expensive.
