As I already know, placing anything in front of the supply and/or return is not a good idea. Is there ANY acceptable amount of space or clearance that would allow for a bookcase to be in front of these returns? We just moved into a new home and the builder placed the returns further over than we expected (based on the model) and we have furniture slated for that space! Any suggestions would be appreciated - other than get new furniture!! HA!
