I was curious if there is a product
that is able to be placed on top of a concrete surface without a
subfloor and is durable in regards to "breathing" with the
condensation.
If so, what is the product name, where would I find it, and
approximately the cost.

I think I was watching a home improvement show and they mentioned
bellawood as the carrier of a vapor resistant wood floor.
