What is the best material to fill in between the gaps in an old floor? We will be sanding and refinishing and was concerned and putty or whatever used would not hold the stain like the wood. Also do yo fill in before or after sanding. I am trying to impress my husband with my handywomen's knowledge. Help me out please.
