Heating and Air

I have a brand new Weatherking brand,by Rheam upflow gas furnace, recently insealled. It is a model number 90RS06EES01. It also is a high efficiency condensing gas furnace, with a spark type igniter and remote sensor flame monitor. My problem is this. When it trys to light, you can hear the spark ignitor click and see the blue flame for a spit second in the view window. Then a puff, as if it just ignited and then blew itself out. This happens and then the fan motor kicks on, blowing cold air. It recycles in about 2 minutes, with the fan still running trys to ignite again and then lites normal. I wouldn't mind a weather king factory service hot line number or a helpful answer. Thank you.

It's not unusual for an installer to place the unit; but not check and adjust gas pressures. Have it done.

Yes, you really have to find out the MAKE and MODEL to get good answers. There IS more than one machine made.
