I live in Central America and lack techinical expertise. I wish to build a 3.5 concrete wall on an existing concrete deck.

Height would be 3.5 to 4 feet...what is U.S. standard code? I am using decorative concrete block to allow a breeze. If you go to www.belize1.com/latitudes you can see a pic of the existing deck. Thanks for your reply! |
