High toilet flange

08/27/2009 05:55 PM ctramel

I purchased a home with a high toilet flange where the toilet rest on a shaped piece of wood in order to prop up the toilet. The wood seems to be molding. Is there any suggestion to repair the high toilet flange.

Larry is correct BUT there is another option

They make a marble slab that a toilet can rest on.. Possibly you can remove the flange install the slab replace the flange and set the WC on the marble base
