Your advice is greatly appreciated. Do you think think I could possibly use a foam board insulation, then cover with metal roofing will do the trick. The home is going on 16 years old and the metal on the roof is getting rust spots. I do not want to use a roof coating. I would also like to create an overhang(eave), which would make the home look better. If I can get the roof lined out, the eaves would be no problem to fix. If you have any suggestions, let me know.
