Stanley Cup / new project

04/22/2008 09:09 PM five4fighting

Hi Tommy,

Yes I did see Boston's series. I never understood why they traded Joe Thorton to the Sharks. They could have used him. I'm sure the Bruins will be tough next year.
I watch all the games. Mostly the western teams during the regular season though. My team is still in there (Avalanche). Actually, my favorite team is whoever the Red Wings are playing that night...I hate'em!

Anyway, I'm looking forward to the new project. I've been woodworking off and on for several years and I'm ready to get more serious about it. I don't have all the tools or skills that others in the forum have but I'll do my best.

Thanks,

Dan~~Boise, Idaho

I pledge alligiance to the "the man" from New England, and to the craftsmen before me that have demonstrated their skill above and beyond the call of duty.

New Project & Benches

04/23/2008 05:16 PM JeffCitro

Hi Tom!

I looking forward to the next project and since I'm only 45 minutes away, a weekend or evening Demo sounds great. Also, if you want some help building benches I can give you some time (meaning, at no cost) on a weekend or after school. Its always good to sharpen hand skills.

Just let me know!

Nice work! The figure in the wood gives it a ton of character! You just inspired me to think about building something similar.
