Just found your podcast last week and have watched about 25 shows. Everyone at work is making fun of me because in between "Work" I'm watching you make that huge Bombay chest, Awesome. Anyway I've only been woodworking for about 3 years for fun in the garage. I've built a few things, A bookcase for my son and a entertainment center for my 52" plasma in the Man Room. Anyway if there's room for one more green horn for project #2, I'd love to participate.

yo rog...that commercial is wicked funny...i had those sneeks....they cost like 60 bucks now....i use to wear them because they were like 10 bucks.....hey...did you know bird was the 1st to get a sneeker deal....he use to wear different makes of sneeks till cons paid him to wear wepons...then magic too....

The new website looks sweet! I like the photos on the left showcasing your work. Hmmm, I didn’t see any photos like that on that other guy’s site.

Like I said in my previous post, I am going to give it a go on project two. You guys motivated me so much on Saturday that I worked on the dreaded staircase into the wee hours on Sunday. I hope to wrap things up next weekend just in time to start the stepping stool.

What type of wood do you suggest for first time dovetailers?
