I'm definitely no expert, but if it were my house I would:
1. put the master bedroom towards the back of the house. Somewhat more private.
2. put the stairs in a more accessible, central location, perhaps where the walk-in closet is. I'm assuming you plan to finish the basement.
3. don't wall off the kitchen, realtors will tell you that is a thing of the past. |
