Looking for info on a "fogging" window. Hard to descibe. Flip a switch and the window "fogs" up. Anyone know of a manufacturer that builds this type of window?

The window you described is known as a privacy window, it contains some type of crystal suspended between the glass panes. It was featured on a "hometime" show recently but I don't know the manufacturer's name. You might "search" hometime's website at "www.hometime.com".
