i have a house that was built in 1935....the foundation seems to have been a bad mix because it has a sandy texture in some areas. in those areas it begain pot holing...up to 2 inches in some ares...it really does seem to leak but i want to repair and get this looking pretty....i was wondeing what the best solution would be to even it all out and give a decent appearence...i was thinking of wire lathing the whole thing and and giving a flat top coat....thoughts?(i did this on a section outside about 2-3 years ago and seems to work great
