I am currenly fininshing my basement with an office, kids play area and family room. I would like to provide some type of sound proofing to the office since the kids play area and family room reside off two of the partion walls. The first thing that comes to mind is just purchasing extra installation to insulate these walls when I insulate the exterior walls. Will this provide much sound proofing? or is there another product that I can use.
