We have an older farm house that has a root celler with cement steps leading down to it under a door outside that lifts up from the ground. The house foundation is more or less boulders under beams and the house is not level. It sags in several places. We are about to dig out a crawl space and use cinder blocks on top of concrete footings to level the house. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
