I am having difficulty getting the top of my kenmore dryer to go back on. The front doesn't want to reattach. It is a model 110.60922990 manufactured by Whirlpool. It looks like there are two clips that have become pushed closed. Are these what hold the lid down and do you have any suggestions for opening them up just enough to get the lid to go back on?
