My last load of clothes was still soaking wet after completed wash cycle like it didn't spin properly so I just rewashed. This time it won't go any further than wash cycle even after I removed the clothes. It makes a noise like it is trying to but then just makes a loud bump noise and stops and tries again a few minutes later. What to do?
