You can probably find a rental store that has the jacks. But there is a lot of details about where you should jack and how you make the mechanical connects to replace the beam. I don't have any specific recommendations, but you might find some books on home building/remodeling/carpentry that mentions this. But I suggest that you at least get a professional to consult on this or have them do it.
