I have a small home (22x24) built on a hill with no foundation. We are lifting the house and adding a daylight basement. My husband is doing all of the work himself... yikes!! i know. BUt I am confident he can make it happen.
I am looking for any advice out there about this scary endeavor...
thanks!! |

I would suggest you spend a few dollars for the advise of a structural engineer. He can determine all the parameters required to safely support, lift and reset the house...including where to hold it and if modifcations should be made...money well spent! Also check out www.nawsrc.org
www.foundationrepairnetwork.com and www.basementdepot.com These sites have much to offer! good luck, fixitguy |
