It all depends on what the local market is looking for. And I mean LOCAL. Like the houses on your block and a couple over.
Look for an agent or two that knows the neighborhood and ask them. But be honest about what you are wanting.
Many will do it for free. Using it for advertising that you will use them when it is time to sell. |
