No, I do not have a schematic for the thermostat. I do believe a well-seasoned (read, been in the business many years) HVAC technician should be able to figure out the wiring.
Two years ago I replaced the contactor mechanism in my furnace, because the contact had burnt to a crisp. After studying the wiring, I believe it works like any other furnace that has a "look-ahead" option, one that can detect the rate of change of temperature. At least I think mine has that kind of thermostat.
As far as pricing, I am asking $795 for the furnace, and $500 for the tank.
