Looking for a new boiler

Bought house without a boiler. Looking for information on how to choose the right boiler for the house. 1000sqft 2 floors. no garage.

Only a quick method,...By no means is this the way to calculate heat loss from a structure.
sq" X 50= well insulated.
sq" X 60= Poorly insulated.
This will get you in the ball Park,.....Somewhere near the stadium.....
