You will be building a garage directly in front of the new living room windows.
That will surely darken that room and may lower the value of your home.
Maybe you can build a detached garage with a breeze way to front door. This way you may still get some light.
Or build a side loader where you turn left once you are in the driveway to get into the house. thi may also block windows |
