Junction boxes & Daisey Chain soundds OK to me.

Keep in mind that any concealed wiring must be wired as if it is regular line voltage. This means you would need one of the following types of cable, non-metallic sheathed cable (commonly called Romex or NMB ), Type MC Metal Clad Cable, or Armored Cable (sometimes called BX). There are other methods you could use, but they would be more expensive and laor intensive.

BTW, concealed would mean behind cabinets, in walls, up in the attic, etc.
