MDF Beadboard in Bathroom

Fine if it's painted well, and it won't go to the floor where it could wick up possible moisture. You'll probably use a typical bottom base & top band though so you shouldn't have any problems... if you are going to use near the tub caulk well especially at the base band.
We use it in our Kitchen with no probs and I've installed it in 2 commercial (one restaurant bathroom) applications and it holding up very well.
We also have it up in our store, even with all of the traffic and we keep the loading doors open most days so it gets plenty of moisture from the rain, it's holding up real well there too.
