In helping my parent's recently with choosing replacement windows...we decided to interview 3 companies: Wallside, Majic, and Hanson's. We were completely blown away by the rudeness and arrogance of the salesman from Majic. After asking him several tmes what the price would be...he eventually quoted a price of $19,000. Yes, that is no typo...that is the price for 10 windows and a doorwall. BUT if we signed up that day, he would reduce it to $9,900. Unbelievable scam. And I honestly thought this might be a jerky salesman, so I asked for a manager to come out..same thing...$19,000...but if we signed today, it would be $9900. I shudder to think how confused my parents would have been and may very well signed up at $19,000 not knowing this guy was a scam artist. I will never, ever, have anything good to say about Majic windows...the best thing that happened ouf of this whole ordeal is that we leared what kind of idiots out there that Majic employs. They'll never get our business...the salesman from Majic was truly an arrogant jackass. I'm very happy we went with Wallside. Nice salesguy, and he didn't over inflate the price to make us think we were getting a deal. Walside is doing it for $6,500 AND throwing in a garden window.
