Masking tape marks on tub surround

01/29/2003 08:58 AM dunner25

I have a few masking tape marks on my new tub surround. Any idea how to get them off???? I've tried scraping them but don't want to damage the surround. Thanks....

Denatured alcohol usually removes tape residue without hurting the plastic surround...........

Fingernail polish remover will work on some types of glue as well.

Fingernail polish remover may damage the surround. I would avoid it. Check your local hardware store for something called 'De Solve It Citrus Solution'.
