Hello, I have a Maytag Atlantis Model # MAV4057AWW and it just started making a grinding noise during the spin cycle. I can tell by manually pulling on the belt that the noise is coming from the drain pump pulley. Would it be a good idea to replace the whole drain pump or should I just replace the pulleys? Is there a better way for me to troubleshoot it? Thanks for any help.

Pulleys rarely make noises them self so my guess is that the sound is likely actually coming from the pump.

Parts are not available separately for the pump even if they were needed. If the sound is coming from it and there is not just something caught in it, yes the pump may need to be replaced.
