FYI, I;ve used mid atlantic waterproofing for my cape in nj and the contractor was pretty darn good. We used the free inspection first since we needed to save money and mid atlantic waterproofing stood by the claim.

I had a little seepage that would not stop. The contractor gave of some options and after another storm no basement leak.

My only advice is to contact multiple basement waterproofing companies and simply chat with them and see if they could stop by your home to investigate the problem.
