T-miter, that was a sweet fitting corner on the last episode. I am assuming you use a thin kerf hand saw with a miter box. Looking good |

hey ....you probably wont believe me ....but i cut them all with a 10"compound miter saw.....i put a new blade in and always backed my stock up with a piece of scrap....it might not be the best way but i guess its the carpenter in me....but it worked great for me..... |

That's pretty amazing - anytime i try something like that with such a small piece the blade hits an impurity and splinters the wood. Looks pretty awesome |

yeah ..you gotta go slow and make sure its backed up and i come down on the moulding...i dont slide into it....and after i go through i keep the blade down when i let off the trigger...it takes a little practice but i know you can do it... |

Hey Big-T...that backer of secondary wood to lock the depth of the astragal against is a neet trick.
That was a tiny one you cut!!! |
