When we removed the curtains to change the window treatments (we wanted pleated shades) in our Clayton/Richfield mod we found a few "drywall cracks"-- some very small and almost invisible but a couple were obvious. I contacted our dealer, Benny Lowe at LUV Homes in Kingsport, TN. He immediately sent a very competent drywall man who patched and repaired all the cracks in a very acceptable manner. We did the painting in the bedroom and morning room as we wanted "clay" color in the MR, and "artichoke" (green) on one wall in the BR. We had already painted two walls in the living room (a shade of red). There were no cracks in the living room. A final word about Benny Lowe---he has done everything possible to please us. At this time, we are extremely pleased with our home and LUV home service. bjackm |
