That model number is missing the 3-digit manufacturer's prefix numbers and also more numbers besides that. Can you post the complete information?

** My lid switch is falling apart as well. I'm not sure exactly how to repair it. **

If it is the switch itself that has broken, replace it. If you post the complete model number we may be able to show you a picture of how it is suppose to look.
