Modular homes look like any other homes. Today's modular systems can be more efficient and of a higher quality than similarly constructed site built homes. The buying process starts out more like shopping for a previously owned home but you get to add the features you need to get the benefits you desire. Modular producers have come a long way over the years and now use state-of-the-art, computer-assisted design stations, custom floor plans and many standard home styles. Modular homes can be less expensive than traditionally built homes because they use economies of scale and controlled conditions. Your car is built on an assembly line why not your home?
