We are currently bidding a project in Philadelphia, PA.

Whatever you do don't go with this company. I had nothing but problems in getting this very simple 4 box colonial completed at enormous cost overruns, legal fees and 1.5 years vs the 3 months promised.
here are some of the challenges the owner had during that time:
1. The mother of his formen died
2. he had 4 secretaries in that time
3. his daughter had a major car accident
4. his new foreman stole from him and was subsequently arrested
5. his second ex wife had a brain tumor
6. he had his own multiple health issues.
7. I had to settle $$$ as it would have cost more to sue and tehn would probably have never collected
