It's a fact that mold and milder need moisture to thrive. Without it they will perish - so I've been told.

Here's what's happening. The interior stucco wall (the wall that parallel the outside wall) of a corner bedroom is slowly starting to turn a tan color. People have told me that the cause for the wall turning tan is because of mold. How can this be if the outside walls are intact, i.e., no eveidence of any kind of crack or chipping of the stucco.

think maybe the mold is coming from your roof. where it meets the wall it could have enough opening there to allow moisture through, and if its not treated it will cont. to grow and spread. if your not careful you could end up real sick-even if your not, normally allergic to mold. they say black mold can kill you if your exposed to it for a long period of time. the best product to use to kill any kind of mold is bleach. if you are or become allergic to it the only guarantee of getting rid of it is to replace all that was infected with it and of course to stop the leak so that it doesnt return.
