Leaving a dryer venting into the house is a violation of building safety code in many areas and venting into the ventilation is prohibited as it is not venting to the outside. Following the manufacturer's instructions for the appliance venting is code and must be followed for code and insurance; there are NO manufacturer instructions telling you to vent into a ventilation system, so there is no permission to do so. A local code inspector can tell you what HE expects and can supercede code.
