This is a duplicate to my inquiry on the foundations forum. I am looking for comments and feedback about a relatively new product called Viroc.

We are in negotiations to build a home near the water in NJ. The house will be built on pilings and the plan calls for a cement beam with block up to the house deck. However, the builder insists that this was not included in the house specs and he wants to put up a pressure treated plywood skirt. Aside from the aesthetics, I am really unhappy with this situation. After spending an hour or two on line doing some research, I came across this product called Viroc. It would seem to me that this might be a much better solution than the plywood and will certainly save us thousands of dollars compared to masonary.

You may want to consider Armoroc, www.armoroc.com/armoroc.htm. It's very similar to the Viroc.
