I have just got my plans for 4 townhomes permitted. How do I find a builder here in Houston, Tx? Of course this person must have experience, be trustworthy, reliable, and have good communication skills.

Any and all helpful hints for finding a GREAT builder are welcomed. I want to make this home building process less painful than getting the permits!
