New Attached Garage

Need help to figure out how to attach a garage to my house. The prior home owners turned the attached garage into a living room. I want to build another attached garage in front of what used to be a garage...or toward the camera in picture A. This is a design challenge because I would need to join two gable end roofs together to form and 'M' roof. I'd rather not do that because water could run from one roof into anothe. Also. If I build the gable toward the camera in pic "A" then water would drain into the wall of the main house. Any suggestions.

You will be building a garage directly in front of the new living room windows.

That will surely darken that room and may lower the value of your home.

Maybe you can build a detached garage with a breeze way to front door. This way you may still get some light.

Or build a side loader where you turn left once you are in the driveway to get into the house. thi may also block windows
