I understand that some company sells a Wiring bundle that includes Romex,phone,cat5, and Coax in one bundle so you will have all the types you need wherever there is power. Does anyone know the manufacturer?

I seriously doubt that bundle includes both phone and electric, unless both are well insulated. In finishing my basement, I was told that the cable and phone wires should be separated from the electric - safety first!
