I'm trying to decide between norco and pella casement windows. I know their in different leagues but the pella as with most pull the casement window near the center of the opening when fully opened and Norco does not.
Without getting people into a debate over the issue of consumer reports readers being nerds (see previous norco question by other) I would like to know if someone has current experience with norco windows and what their opinion is.
