Not a crazy leg table

I know most of you guys are busy with the crazy leg table, here is what I am working on at the moment. It will be chest-on-chest, commonly called a double chest in Charleston, SC in the 18th century. I started in January, it is taking a lot of time, especially working on it 30 minutes at a time, after the kids go to bed. Look forward to any comments.

Got this great figured stock from Irion, picked out by Myron. They are the best! Too bad I live way too far away from them.

T-Mac,did you hear about that idiot who tried to bury the Sox jersey in the concrete at the new Yankee Stadium? They ended up chopping it out of the slab. Great story.. Cal

the evil empire

I could see doing that if the sox were still on the losing end of the curse .... But its all over the sox are in top now.... I think I know what would have happened to a yank-me fan if they tried a stunt like that at a new Fenway ..... Especially if I was a boss or steward...... The case looks sweet .... Keep us in the loop ....chop chop :-)

Double chest

Justin,

This is for us, in fact my Dad, brother and I have been doing a project together at the beginning of the last few years, this year we took on a big one. Here's a picture of my Dad's finished chest.

I haven't made a piece for a customer in couple of years, but am trying to get the word out now that we have kind of settled after moving a couple of times in the last 3 yrs.

Georgy Porgy

Love the fact that Georgy Jr. got his panties in a bunch over this. Said he didn't think it was a big deal, but thought that the boys on the job should kick the perp's backside if they got the chance...so yes it got to him. FYI - the plantee is connected to the mob in NYC. They may find a harsher remedy the next time he shows up in da Bronx.
