The electrical wiring assembly on my Nutone 9011 Deluxe Heat-A-Fan had a problem and now the light won't work. I'm no electrician by any stretch of the imagination, but upon visual inspection, it appears that the electrical wiring assembly plug shorted out and fried the housing.

The bad part is that the part is no longer available (at least not through the sources I checked).

I could just replace it, but the problem is I'd have to go through the trouble of running a vent to the outside (this was a ventless unit)and I'm hoping to avoid that.

Do you think this thing is repairable or am I out of luck?
