I am not familar with old houses, but I suggest that you get this books.

"Renovating Old Houses: Bringing New Life to Vintage Homes (Paperback)
by George Nash"

http://www.amazon.com/Renovating-Old-Houses-Bringing-Vintage/dp/1561585351

There is no way for anyone to give even hints as to the cost of repairs. What you describe might be minor cracks that don't require any repairs. And vary from there to have to require moving the house and replacing the whole foundation systems.

It might cost $500 to 50,0000 or more.

Find someone, specially one that has is familar with older homes, to evaluate it.
