I was searching on the internet for plans for one for our home and I found the one with this address: http://www.navpooh.com/creche.html
It's too big for our needs, but perhaps this plan would work for what your Church needs. The plans are free. The gentleman who posted the site will, however, build it for you for a price that seems to be reasonable.
