I also own a PBS Modular home, for 4 years now. I'd love to hear what issues you are having. My builder never made PBS aware of issues in the first year or even provided me the warranty. So my problems were mainly builder related and install related. But still, I know there are things that could have been done better from the beginning, such as knowing how to properly hang vinyl siding for one.
